The HPL Makerspaces have two types of equipment that are not operated by library members: 3D printers and laser cutters. For this equipment, members submit a file to library staff along with any relevant instructions, and library staff will notify the members once their request is ready for pickup.

Filament 3D printing is available at the Central, Greensville, Red Hill, Terryberry, Turner Park, Valley Park, and Waterdown Branches.

Laser cutting services and resin 3D printing are available only at the Central Branch.

Visit HPL’s Makerspace Takeout Request Form to request a 3D print or laser cut.
