Some of the possible reasons for error messages are:
- IP addresses outside of Canada
- a pre-existing Library account
- misspelled street names, etc.
A red circle with a question mark indicates the field generating the error. Hovering over the red circle produces a pop-up explaining the error.
If the error persists, please visit a branch or Bookmobile. Alternatively, contact us online.
