Here are some important things to keep in mind when submitting your suggestion:

Our programming committee will review submissions based on our strategic priorities and established policies, specifically our Working With Us Policy.
Submissions are reviewed quarterly, six months in advance of presentation.
Due to the high volume of program suggestions we receive, we may only contact you if there is interest in booking your program.
Finally, please note that past program proposal approval does not guarantee that your organization or individual will be asked to offer the program again, or that future proposals will be approved.
