If you misplaced your Hamilton Public Library card or can't find your online/digital card number, please fill out the Contact Us form, email askhpl@hpl.ca, or call us at 289-779-7588. To retrieve your Library card number, we need the following information:
- Full name
- Full address
- Previous address (if you have moved recently)
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Birthdate
